US restricts East Turkistan-related Chinese firms

According to Radio Free Asia, the US has added three Chinese companies to an import restrictions list.

The companies, BGI Genomics, MGI Tech, and Shenzhen BGI Technology, are allegedly involved in genetic surveillance and forced labor in East Turkistan.
